Allosaurus
Dinosaurs have ever been famous and popular in Japan. However, there was no scientific exhibitions of dinosaur in Osaka except to a concrete dinosaur model of the Osaka Tennoji Zoo until 1974.The Osaka Museum of Natural History opened in 1974 with two full-body replicas of an Allosaurus and a Stegosaurus made from each skeletal specimen of the Natural History Museum of Utah and American Museum of Natural History, respectively. These replicas continue to inspire children's interest in paleontology and natural history.
