Osaka City Museum of Fine Arts
A historically and traditionally rich museum that opened in 1936. The museum has approximately 8,700 permanently displayed pieces in its collection consisting of Japanese and Chinese paintings, sculptures, and crafts acquired through purchase and donations, as well as works that have been entrusted to the museum from temples and shrines.
