Web accessibility means being able to access and use the provided information without any issues, regardless of age, physical conditions, or the internet environment being used.
Web Accessibility Policy
DIGITAL OSAKA MUSEUMS (hereinafter referred to as "this site") is working to ensure and improve accessibility in order to comply with JIS X 8341-3:2016, "Guidelines for older persons and persons with disabilities - Information and communications equipment, software and services - Part 3: Web content," under the Japanese Industrial Standards (JIS).

Exceptions
In order to provide more information, this site utilizes 3D and other special content, map content, and document files such as PDFs. Due to the amounts of data and other technical difficulties of adding accessibility support for such content under present circumstances, such content is currently an exception, but we will endeavor to add support for it in the future to the extent possible.

Level AA
Complying with Level AA means
JIS X 8341-3:2016 has three grades: A, AA, and AAA. A website can be called "compliant with grade AA" if it meets all of the attainment criteria for grades A and AA.
In addition to "compliant" degrees of compliance include partial compliance and consideration.
This system of notation is based on the notation stipulated in "JIS X 8341-3:2016 compliance notation guidelines for web content" by the Web Accessibility Infrastructure Committee of the Info-communication Access Council.
